WHO IS NERRYFIT?

​

Nerry Toledo is a Dubai-based yoga teacher. After seeing the positive transformation yoga has had on her own life, she has set out to spread what she learned during her personal journey to help others attain a healthier and happier lifestyle. Her yoga classes pay close attention to the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the yoga tradition. She employs a mixture of alignment-based asana, meditation and breath work to cultivate greater awareness in the physical body and beyond. She believes in the transformative powers of yoga and has experienced first-hand its ability to help us slow down and truly see the beauty in each and everything, and in every person and situation.

Nerry’s classes are warm and welcoming. She incorporates a true sense of play, light-heartedness and inquiry into every class. Her unyielding love of yoga is infectious and is supported by her passionate pursuit to understand and embody the practice both on and off the mat. She is alive with inspiration and her authentic nature magnetizes people to her unique teaching style. Her personal practice and teaching continuously evolves as she draws inspiration from a diversity of yoga teachings and professional teachers.

Through her teachings she hopes to break down the walls of old beliefs and get students back in touch with their inner self, bringing a deeper dimension to their practices. Expect to experience more than you thought possible in an alignment conscious creatively playful class and renew your sense of confidence, all while laughing and sweating.

Her passion to serve, love and heal is what feeds her emotional and mental growth as a teacher and an individual, and compels her to excel past new limits, while challenging her students.
